Gastown’s Coquille Fine Seafood set to open its doors next week

The team behind popular Gastown eatery L’Abattoir is gearing up to open another restaurant in the same trendy neighbourhood next week.

Coquille Fine Seafood (181 Carrall Street) officially makes its debut on Tuesday (February 13), and chef and co-owners Lee Cooper and Jack Chen will be serving up a variety of seafood and shellfish plates.

The 4,100-square-foot space can accommodate 100 guests throughout the dining area, lounge, and bar. An additional 30 seats will be added to its patio this summer, which will likely be a hit amongst outdoor-loving city-dwellers.
